High Sheriff Award

Alert message sent 07/10/2019 15:49:00

Information sent on behalf of Cumbria Neighbourhood Watch

High Sheriff Award
Cumbria Neighbourhood Watch Association will be holding our AGM Conference in Carlisle on Thursday 14 November between 6 and 8 pm. As part of the Conference, the High Sheriff will present an award to a person or group who have made a notable contribution to their community.

With the above in mind I would ask you to consider anyone or group in your area that would be a worthy nomination for this award. All you need to do is let me have the details and together we will prepare the nomination for consideration.

I believe there are many people, both individual and groups, around the County who do a huge amount of work for their communities that often goes unnoticed. The High Sheriff's Award is an ideal opportunity to credit such people for their hard work endeavour. If you know someone or group, please let me know and together we can ensure that they get due recognition.

Many grateful thanks
Joe Murray QPM
Chair of Cumbria Neighbourhood Watch Association
